  These apartments are nice, nothing above average but nicer than some.
  
  My review isn't about that. It's about how I moved from Michigan to Colorado and was somehow evicted from this place even though it was my parents on the lease. My best guess is that the apartment manager simply didn't remove me because it was an inconvenience. I moved back to the state recently and I've just found out that I somehow owe backrent to allegan county and have an eviction on my record. Gee thanks guys.
  
  Now, these issues can be resolved if approached right. Had I been alerted in any way shape or form that there was an eviction happening, I could have provided proof that I no longer even lived in the state and had moved out months before. But I was never contacted, never mailed a letter, never emailed, never called. Nothing at all.
  
  So here we are, nearly 6 years later, and I'm just figuring out that this happened. Great communication guys. Way to keep people in the loop.
